Join Made BY for a morning of carving and creativity as you escape from the city buzz at Ganico Organic Farm creating your very own dream ring!

What: This experience is all inclusive of a ring carving workshop, healthy treats as well as your very own ring returned to you within in 3 weeks cast in the metal of your choice.

When: Saturday, 22 November 2020, 9:00 am - 11:30 am

Where: Ganico Organic Farm. 250 Tuohyvale Rd, Muldersdrift

How it works:

Things will be done a bit differently in order to assist with as much social distancing as possible.

A few days before the workshop we will send you a link with an intro to wax carving as well as all the different techniques with the tools you will be using.

At the workshop you will have your very own work station with everything necessary to help you carve your dream ring from wax.

This experience is all about being creative and having fun. Don't be hard on yourself, you will be surprised at what you can achieve.

Once done, your wax design will be sent for casting in your preferred metal and finished off professionally. This takes a minimum of 3 weeks. We know you are excited and appreciate your patience.

Once finished we will send you your creation to be unboxed, loved and worn.

*Please note that an extra fee of R80 has been included at checkout for delivery of your ring.

What can you expect from this workshop experience?

Learn about the art of lost wax casting
Develop wax carving techniques
All tools will be supplied
Standard size wax width approximately 4-5mm

Setting is dependent on the size and shape of the stone as well as the type of setting: From +R100 (stones to be quoted pre-setting)
Engraving: From +R200 (quote design dependent)

All extras are payable by card or cash on the day of the workshop.

**Please note this is your ticket, once booked we will add you to our register so all you need to do is turn up at the time shown on your ticket. Tickets are strictly non-refundable. If you can no longer make the workshop please find someone to fill your seat.
