RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
At Henriette Botha, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes exchanges or returns may be needed. To start the process, email us at info@henriettebotha.com with your proof of purchase and order number, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Note: Refunds are provided as store credit for the item(s) purchased and do not include shipping fees.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO LOG MY RETURN?
Because each piece is made to order, returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your item(s).
WHAT QUALIFIES FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT?
- Store Credit: If the item is unworn, in perfect condition, and returned within the 10-day timeframe, we will issue store credit equal to the value of the item, less a 10% handling fee.
- Exchanges: Damaged or faulty items may be exchanged after inspection and confirmation by our team.
HOW SHOULD I RETURN MY ORDER?
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging or similarly secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.
- Returns submitted after the 10-day window will not be accepted.
WHICH ITEMS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A RETURN?
The following items are excluded from returns:
- Sale or discounted items
- Broken chains: Due to their delicate nature, we cannot accept returns for broken chains. Please contact us to find out about replacement costs at info@henriettebotha.com.
- Earrings: For hygiene reasons.
- Rings: Due to custom sizing.
- Customized pieces: Including items with custom stones, engraving, lettering, or other personalizations.
HOW DO I GO ABOUT RETURNING MY ITEM?
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable courier service.
- We can arrange a collection and invoice you for the cost if preferred.
