Here are answers to some of the questions we're most often asked.
How much does a custom piece cost?
Every bespoke piece is unique, so pricing varies depending on the design, metal, gemstones and complexity of the project. Once we understand your vision, we'll prepare a personalised quotation tailored specifically to your design and budget.
How long does the process take?
From final design approval, production typically takes 4–6 weeks. If your piece requires a particularly rare gemstone or a specialised manufacturing process, we'll let you know upfront if additional time is required.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
Not at all. Many of our clients come to us with a few inspiration images or simply an idea of how they'd like the piece to feel. We'll guide you through the design process, helping refine your ideas into something that's uniquely yours.
What diamonds do you use?
We offer both natural and laboratory-grown diamonds, allowing us to create beautiful pieces across a range of budgets and preferences. We'll guide you through the differences during your consultation and help you choose the option that's right for you. We also work with a carefully selected range of precious and semi-precious gemstones.
What metals do you use?
We work exclusively in 9ct and 18ct yellow, white and rose gold, as well as platinum. Every material is carefully selected for its quality, durability and suitability for your design. We source our metals and gemstones through trusted suppliers and take great care in the craftsmanship of every piece we create.
Can I supply my own diamond or gemstones?
To ensure the quality and integrity of every piece we create, we generally don't work with client-sourced diamonds or gemstones. However, we understand that some stones carry deep sentimental value. We are happy to assess heirloom diamonds or gemstones on a case-by-case basis to determine whether they're suitable for resetting into a new design.
